It works perfectly on my car! This worked great in my Nissan. I installed the ASWC-1 along with this to retain steering wheel radio controls. Id suggest purchasing the harness SG_B01D9K3L44_US (model number) as well because it includes a splice into the 12v and ground so you can connect to the AX-NIS32SWC-6V very easily. The included instructions is very easy to follow. I wrapped wires together and covered with electrical tape before making any solder connections to test everything out. All worked out fine and im very pleased with this purchase.Bought an aftermarket stereo got my 2016 Nissan Altima. Had to purchase this piece to make sure my backup camera would work. It works great!Harness worked perfectly for my 2018 Nissan Titan.IF you are using a Pioneer receiver, please make sure you plug your yellow RCA cable into the BROWN RCA jack on the back of the receiver; Pioneer decided to be special I guess.Important tip for everyone, confirmed via talking to Metro and testing in person: Most of the receivers have a button functionality for activating the camera without going into reverse. However, in order to use this AND the reverse-activation function, you need to modify the wiring:Instead of hooking up the blue/white wire, the green/purple wire, and the receiver reverse wire together, take that blue/white wire and instead hook it into the red accessories wire of the harness. Keep the green/purple wire connected to the receiver reverse input wire. This will allow the receiver to use the reverse signal to activate the camera, AND allow the owner to manually activate the reverse camera via the receiver.I've read 100's of forums and sites, even a review on Amazon. I wired everything up and no camera response. Instructions say harness is only for certain nissan models. I thought "but wait there's no camera input" so I went ahead and plugged the harness in and bam it works. A review on here (same exact truck) said you have to buy the swrc1, you do not. 2014 Nissan titan sv.This was exactly what I needed to connect the factory backup camera to a replacement receiver. However the rest of the harness was not for this vehicle. I installed it in a 2012 Altima SL sedan with factory Bose radio w/o navigation. For this vehicle if you are going to connect the axxess aswc-1 you will connect the small harness to a completely different connector. And good luck with getting the box to aswc-1 to function properly. I had to call tech support twice only for them to finally walk me through manually programming the unit. I highly recommend the idatalink maestro controller if you’re looking for factory steering wheel controls with a new receiver. A little more expensive but phenomenal all around.2014 Nissan Titan SV:Does what it says in regards to retaining factory camera HOWEVER you'll need to purchase the ASWC-1 to use the module. Next, if you plan on retaining steering wheel control functionality then you'll need to purchase another ASWC-1 and hook that up separetely so you'll have 2 of the same units. Don't know why the manufacturer doesn't just sell the modules by itself or in a 2 insertion format. Finally, as others have mentioned, if you're aftermarket stereo doesn't show gridelines so this will be lost. Not AXXESS's fault however would've been helpful somewhere in the description. Lastly, more videos on how to install would've been nice...seeing as we're in 2020 and all.I used it to keep using the OEM backup camera with 2018 Nissan Altima SV with Android stereo unti. The instructions manual give brief information about the connection needed, however that did not help much. At the end it worked and I did not have to install aftermarket camera and make the nasty work with cutting the wires and etc. This unit worked in my wife's 2016 Juke after altering the pinout a bit. The correct connector, but two wires were in the wrong location for the Juke, probably correct for other Nissans. Just used a pin removal tool to pop the two out and swap them and everything works perfectly.Bought the first time and it didn't work, returned the unit and got another one and it works perfectly. Very easy to install, with easy directions. Picture works well on my 7 inch pioneer head unit. Installed on a 2013 Nissan frontier pro4x.This was a tricky one to combine with the steering wheel control because I had to separate the wires that are connected together as a ground. Got it working but took some time and needed the ASWC-1 box too. For backup camera alone it would probably work.Si funciona pero en modelos mexicanas cambia el arnésEnded up buying a DC-DC step down converter instead
