The camera came in and is in good condition and so did the film but the case did not come and it is kinda the reason I decided to buy the bundle from here very disappointed as the seller will not answer me.I think my camera is so nice! It’s the clear purple limited edition. Remember that it is instant film, so there is a level of just getting used to how to use it. I recommend watching a video on YouTube under the name “Photography Concentrate”. It’s a “how to” guide to show you “how to” and “what not to do”. It was really helpful to me. All that was included in my box was the camera, a wrist attachment, a close-up lens attachment, and 3 filter attachments. No film and the case was something my Hubby bought extra. I also recommend a case to help protect your camera. I have heard others say that their camera takes dark pictures but there are specifics in the video on how close or far away to keep your camera. Also, don’t shake the picture once it comes out. It’s not necessary to shake it to help it along. Older Polaroids, you had to shake the picture, The Instax ones, you don’t have to do that. I’m loving mine so far. Oh and I’m in my late 40s, so anyone can have one. If your sitting on the fence about whether to buy one, just buy it. It’s so much fun!!!My partner bought me a Polaroid Snap in July and I can honestly say I've never been this disappointed with a gift. We took 20 pictures and they were all horrible, contrast, sharpness, everything about them was wrong. We returned it and bought instax mini 9 and it's amazing! So easy to use, picture quality is brilliant and has this particular vintage vibe I was after, I adore every single picture I've taken with it. Such a good buy! I wish my partner went for this one straight away instead of wasting time with Polaroid Snap. If you can't choose between those two - instax is definitely the better one!Excited to gift this camera to my 9yr old for her birthday, everything about it is cute, however that is all that it is.I was perhaps expecting polaroid quality from the 80’s, unfortunately the picture quality is not that great. Pictures come out dull, dark and occasionally grainy. My daughter is happy with it, but then she does not understand picture quality. The features are easy to use for little hands, however the settings do very little whether using, indoor / outdoor / sunny etc.I am disappointed as this is not a cheap camera, the films are pricey also. The main thing I suppose right now is that my daughter is pleased.I would not recommend this to parents, aunts or uncles or amazing family friends.UPDATE October 2019!My daughter brought this on holiday, I felt absolutely gutted. All pictures that were taken in the sun did not come up, she thought she had made a mistake and kept taking pictures and wasted at leat 6 films. Not a single picture came up, only feint outlines were shown, I guess it was just too sunny or there was a lot of glare. An expensive waste and and a disappointed child.I stand by my original statement - not recommended.A gorgeous little camera in bright lapis blue! I was expecting it to come with 10 shots of film, but I actually received 20 shots, spare rechargeable batteries and charger, a cleaning cloth, and a bag! I ordered on Friday and it was delivered Sunday morning. Couldn't have had a better experience!This is a great camera and the instax look is great.Sometimes your shot looks from the 1950s, others from the 80s and if your lucky straight off Instagram.Ok some photos are a mass of white or dark but isn’t that part of the art when trying to get the shot. It’s all learning. Films aren’t cheap but there’s more chance of keeping one of these photographs than ever looking back on your phone.This camera is owned by an 8 year old and she loves it. She took the pic in this review as well. It’s a piece of independence and you actually have a physical product for once amongst everything else that’s now digital. Just don’t be expecting iPhone X quality and just appreciate this for what it is.Absolutely love my instax. Its so cute and easy to use and just really fun. Also love the fact I got 3 colour filters with my order, that was a nice bonus! Excited to use them in the future. In terms of photo quality I really love the photos I’ve taken so far. Was really handy watching a few instax tutorials before I got mine. Helped a lot with figuring out how to use the different light settings. Would recommend others do the same, so they get a good set of beginning photos :) Ultimately really happy with my purchase :D
