This camera mount is great once you get it set up properly. I bought it to carry my Lumix Micro 4/3 with the 12-60 lens - it's a small and light combo but I rarely took it hiking because you want your hands free and taking the camera in and out of a sling bag was cumbersome.When I first tried the holder intended to fall off my shoulder even when the straps were tight - the trick is to lengthen the left chest strap and shorten the one on the right, this tends to move the camera towards the center of your chest and keeps this whole assembly in place. Once you have adjusted it and taken your setup for a decent hike, consider cutting the excess strap on the right side and sealing with heat - leave a few inches in case you put on some weight :-)The security strap is functional but not very pretty, so I'm making a new one out of braided Paracord.
